Latest news of World Guangong Culture Website: in midmonth of June, large album World Guandi Icon Collections came out.
World Guandi Icon Collections was published by Chinese Publishing House. It artistically displays 303 Guandi ikons (including temple ikon, gold, silver and copper casting, Chinese painting, western painting, craftwork and jade, ceramics, clay sculpture, drama modeling, paper-cut and stamp etc.) in 18 countries and regions, such as Chinese mainland, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan, America, Canada, Russia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Mauritius and Mozambique. It is a lavish gift for Chinese martialist Guangong’s 1850 years’ birthday.

Photography was invented 170 years ago, but hero Guan Yu was born 1850 years ago, not leaving photos. So, various Guandi images emerge at home and abroad.
The World Guangong Culture Promotion Association, New York Guandi Temple Council, World Guangong Clan Relatives Association, World Guangong CultureWebsite and Cultural Relic Preservation Office of Guandi Temple in Xiezhou of Shanxi collected Guandi ikon works from the world last year. The organization received over 790 Guangong ikons of 17 countries and regions, appraised and elected 39 awards, including top honor awards and gold, silver and copper awards, and held award party in Yuncheng of Shanxi. To spread Guandi’s loyalty spirit to further places, the World Guangong Culture Promotion Association edited and published World Guandi Ikon Collections. The general counsel of the World Guangong Culture Promotion Association Mr. Hu Deping prefaced for the album; the vice president of the World Guangong Culture Promotion Association and famous photographer Mr. Zhu Zhengming served as chief editor of the album.
