Guan Xianhui Was Elected as the Chairman of World Lungkang Qinyi Federation

World Guangong Culture Net News: on October 19, 2009, Mr. Guan Xianhui of Taiwan was elected as the chairman of the 14th World Lungkang Qinyi Federation at the World Lungkang Qinyi Federation meeting held in Toronto, Canada.

World Lungkang Qinyi Federation, which is an international union clan organization of members of Liu, Guan, Zhang and Zhao four surnames all over the world, aims at “helping mutually to compete for equal benefits and keeping nostalgia to support development”. It has branches all over 150 nations and regions all over the world with more than 3 million members, and is the one of the Chinese associations with great influence all over the world. 
World Lungkang Qinyi Federation was established in Hong Kong in 1960, and holds a faculty and staff meeting every four years. Celebrities, such as Guan Zhong, Zhang Pingzhao, Zhao Shoubo and Liu Shengliang have once acted as the chairman for the former terms.
