World Guangong Cultural Website News: It has entered the early spring of 2017; World Guan Gong Cultural Website has been founded for 10 years.
We are pleased to see that the World Guan Gong Cultural Website was born in people’s anticipation, struggling in hard work, gradually approached mature, into the hearts of people and to the world.

● Gathering in Guangzhou, decided to start the World Guangong Cultural Website

It was the autumn of 2006; more than 20 friends met in Guangzhou. Mr. Lei Zhenhuan from Hong Kong, Mr. Feng Dexin from New York, Zhu Zhengming from Wuhan, Tiehan brothers from Beijing ...... when talked about the spread of the culture of Guan Yu, Lei said: “Teacher Zhu searched and visited the culture of Guan Yu for 20 years around the world, he had a lot of good articles and pictures, so he recommended to establish a Guangong culture website.” Zhu Zhengming took a very loud name for the site -- World Guangong Culture Website; we elected Zhu Zhengming as Management Center Director and chief editor for the World Guangong Culture Website.
In February 2007, the World Guangong Culture Website was founded, the site aimed at “loyalty, courage and integrity” of the Chinese culture spirit taking as a link, united overseas Chinese affection, nostalgia, friendship and business. China News Service issued the news to the world in the same day on the World Guangong Culture Website was officially opened.

In the beginning of the site, in order to thank concerns of the users at homeland and abroad toward the World Guangong Cultural Website, (the World Guan Gong Cultural Promotion Association) Lei Zhenhuan and (New York Guan Yu Temple Chairman) Feng Dexin specially created Guan Emperor gold-plated card in Hong Kong. Whoever in the website message to obtain gold card, we are timely to send it. This activity let us meet a lot of the world’s hardcore fans of Guan Yu culture.
The website was opened for nearly one year, and the English and Japanese versions were successfully launched. 3 years later, the site has expanded and has a new look.

● the five great corporations, careful selection of the world Guan Yu Icon

Early spring in2009, (Shenyang Deyuan Group’s chairman Cui Yujing) the chairman discussed with the World Guangong Cultural Website, and decided to launch the selection of the world Yu icon. They also decided to award the gold prize author for 50 grams of Guan Gong gold bullion.
Editor-in-chief Zhu Zhengming contacted the world Guan Gong Culture Promotion Association, the world Guan’s clan association, the United States New York Guan Yu Temple and Shanxi Haizhou Guan Yu Temple Wenbao associations issued invitations under the world Guangong Cultural Website jointly. At the same time, they also hired 25 judges at home and abroad.
The organizing committee has received more than 790 electronic documents of statue of Guan Yu from 17 countries and regions. The judges from home and abroad selected 16 highest honor awards and 3 Golden Awards which included National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Chinese Academy of Sciences researcher Wang Guoxin Chinese painting friends, Beijing famous painter Wang Kewei oil painting Wusheng Guan Yu, Fujian famous sculptor She Guoping wood carving Carrying Sword on Horse.
At the night of September 25, 2009, more than a thousand guests gathered in Hedong Hall of in Shanxi Yuncheng City, and held awarding ceremony for the world Guan Yu’ icon works. Mr. Feng Dexin, Ms. Cui Yujing and Wang Lei (Shanxi Yuncheng Municipal Committee Propaganda Minister) were the Gold Award winners. In the spring of 2010, the World Guan Yu icon Collection was finished edited by Zhu Zhengming, and Mr. Hu Deping is pleased to make a sequencer China’s Guan Yu, the world’s Guan Yu.

●Advocate original and dedicate the latest and most solemn Guan Gong cultural information

From the beginning of World Guangong Culture website creating, there is an unwritten purpose: to promote the original, to tell the world about the Chinese Guan Gong cultural story. Since 2007, every year around the Guan Gong Culture Festival, we will be illustrated; Shenyang Deyuan Group Chairman Cui Yujing every time to Tibet to rebuild Everest Guan Yu Temple, we have issued a majestic pictures and texts; to each of the world’s clan friendship, we are invited to attend and send the text map; to the home and abroad Guan Yu cultural events, we will report timely and focus on giving an evaluation.

● Track reported and timely to show a series of major Guan Gong cultural events

In November 2009, the cultural scholar Zhu Zhengming and Feng Dexin (the United States New York Guan Yu Temple Chairman) went to Tibet and to find the ruins of Everest Guan Yu Temple. A few years later, (the CPPCC Chairman of Hubei province) Yang Song, Cui Yujing (entrepreneur) and Zhu Zhengming(scholar) went to Everest to study the ruins of the Guan Yu temple, Cui Yujing invested tens of millions of dollars to rebuild the world’s highest Everest. This major event, the World Guangong Culture Website made a series of continuous reports and reproduced by the China News Service, Xinhua News Agency and dozens of major media at home and abroad.
In the spring of 2013, the Guan Yu temple of Shanxi went to Taiwan to parade, has been around 160 temples, held 10 entertainment evening parties of “A loyalty”, in the island there are more than 4 million people involved in parade and prayer activities. The grand event, the world Guangong Culture Website gave a great deal of attention, tracked and sent the text more than 50 spaces.
Guan Yu cultural scholar Zhu Zhengming to find and visit Guan Gong Culture all over 40 countries and five continents, and spent 33 years and walked for 560,000 kilometers, is a beautiful scenery of the world Guan Gong culture. The World Guangong Culture Website tracked and reported the wonderful stories of Zhu Zhengming such as 3 times to the America, 5 times crossing the Taiwan Strait, 7 times to Africa, 13 times to Tibet, father and son went to the “end of the world” Australia Tasmania to visit the Guan Gong culture. Every time’s overseas exhibition, a field of overseas lectures and a book monographs, all these were left a good memory in the World Guangong Culture Website.

Over the years, friends at home and abroad have made their contributions obscurely to the transmission of Chinese Guan Gong culture and the protection of Guan Gong historical relics. The “Video Broadcast” section is set in the upper right corner on the home page of World Guangong Culture website. When there are major Guan Gong cultural activities, we will try to photograph or make an appointment to get the photographic data, so that the Chinese Guan Gong culture starts going. Afterwards, we will increase the intensity of video broadcast to provide more colorful video information of Guan Gong culture.

Over the past 10 years, World Guangong Culture Website has adhered to public welfare and has never been pushed by market or profit. It has always been transmitting pure Chinese Guan Gong culture. The website adhered to public welfare in the past, is adhering to public welfare at present, and will still do so in the future.

The website’s high-quality pictures have won people’s favor and many have been copied on another Web page, presented as others’ WeChat pictures or showed in other newspapers and magazines. Anyway, they all belong to cultural heritage, so we are not going to investigate it for the moment.
