Zhang Lihua and Miu Qiming Explored Lhasa Guandi Temple
On June 17, 2009, vice minister of United Front Work Department of Tibet Autonomous Region Committee Zhang Lihua and vice standing chairman of Hubei Chinese Overseas Friendship Association explored Lhasa Guandi Temple of Tibet together.
The secretary general of World Guan Gong Culture Association Zhu Zhengming going along with introduced that Guandi culture of Tibet was introduced from inland in the first half of 18th Century and the great general of Qing Dynasty Fu Kang’an built Guandi Temple in Bama Reshan of Lhasa in 1972.
Zhang Lihua said, “This Guandi Temple of the snow-capped plateau was of great significance, and the crystallization of the unity of Tibetan and the Han nationalities. It also symbolized that Panchen Lama and DalaiLama resisted foreign invasion together to protect the homeland. It was the highest Guandi Temple of the world.”
At Lhasa Guandi Temple, the presiding pastor Yixi Qiangba presented Hadar to guests and presented Madam Zhang Lihua Tibetan-Han English-Japanese Bilingual Guandi Culture album.
