No matter in the Northeast native land or western Xinjiang, where the Xibo residential areas were built Temple of Guan Yu. The Temples of Guan Yu were all built in the eight banners, eight Niru and Xibe Camp of Yili. The four existing historic sites of Temples of Guan Yu in Nada Qi, Sun zha Qi, Yida Qi and wuzhu Niulu are the cultural relic protected historic sites in Xinjiang Autonomous Region.

I heard Mr. Zhu Zhengming who had visited the culture of Duke Guan from all over the world came to the Yili Valley, An Su, responsible officer of Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County Heritage Bureau, Yong Fuliang, deputy director of Culture, Radio and Television Bureau, An Jing, chairman of overseas Chinese Federation of Yining City took Zhu Zhengming to investigate the four existing Temples of Guan Yu.

Temple of Guan Yu in Nada Qi Niulu is located 2 km in east away from the county, it is the provincial cultural relics protected historic site. This is the more complete preservation of Duck Guan temple in China's most western provinces.

Temple of Guan Yu in Sun Zha Qi is located 5 km west of the county, it was built in eighteen year of Guangxu Emperor in the Qing Dynasty (year of 1892), sitting north and orienting south, it was formerly composed of screen wall, mount gate, drum tower, east-west side hall and main temple hall, which is covering an area of 30000 square meters, construction area is 1500 square meters.

Temple of Guan Yu in Yida Qi Niulu is located in the north of Yilaqi Niulu village, Ai’xinsheli Town, 30 km west of the county, it was built in the fifth year of Jiaqing Emperor in the Qing Dynasty ( year of 1800 ).

Temple of Guan Yu in Wuzhu Niulu is located in Wuzhu Niulu Village, Ai’xinsheli Town, 32 kilometers west of the county, it was built in the seventh year of Daoguang Emperor in the Qing Dynasty ( year of 1827). Here is a piece of building group facing the south, composed of screen wall, mount gate, east-west side hall and main temple hall, etc..

Across Qapqal, photographer Zhu Zhengming presented the precious cultural gifts of large album of " World Duke Guan culture ", World Duke Guan icon and Tibet Guan Gong Thang-ka to Xibe people.

An Tai (Xibe Nationality), director of the Qapqal Cultural Relics Bureau revealed a good news to Zhu Zhengming: the relevant departments of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has decided, the Temple of Guan Yu in NADA Qi Niulu will be repaired from April of 2013, such as reinforcement of the wall of the hall, adding tiles on the roof-top of temple and painting pillars. An Tai also revealed, the government will only help to restore the temple, but Duke Guan, Guan Ping and Zhou Cang statues need Xibe people raise their own funds, the cultural relics bureau can’t be able to afford in one time. Funnily enough, at this time, Zhu Zhengming received a greeting call from Ms. Cui, the Chairman of Shenyang Deyuan Group from thousands of miles away. Zhu Zhengming immediately told Ms. Cui the story about to repair the Temple of Guan Yu in Nada QAi Niulu Qi but no statues. Ms. Cui committed on the phone: "I help to make the statues with high standard of painted decoration on bronze casting, Xibe friends, please rest assured! "
