The ancient Zhuo Daoquan: intelligent views on Chinese Guan Yu Culture from Cross-Straits

According to the Chinese News Agency and other media, many artwasts, scholars and the leaders relevant departments from the two sides of the Taiwan Straits gathered together and shwered their thoughts on the Guan Yu culture at Wuchang Zhuo Daoquan Guan Yu Temple on the afternoon of December 29.
At the beginning of the meeting, Guan Gong culture scholar Cheng-ming Chu made an affectionate speech  about " cross-strait communion at Zhuo Daoquan, Guan Yu culture heritage for thousands of years. The young painter Kang Feng, a member of Chinese Artwast Association, gave a speech about "narrating Guan Gong with paintings", and showed his Guan Yu antique flavored paintings. 

The young painter Kang Feng (the second on the right) bestowed Guan Yu paniting on the famous Taiwan sculptor Kang Muxiang (the third on the left). The first on on the left was Zhang Qiang, the deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Wuhan municipal committee, the second on the left was Wang Lanying, the Standing Committee member of Wuhan Hongshan Dwastrict committee, and the head of  United Front Work Department,the first on the right was Cheng Ming Chu , the director of overseas center of Hubei Province Party Committee United Front Work Department.

Cheng-ming Chu presented the monograph Traveling around the world to make inquiries about the Saint Guan on some friends from Taiwan, for instance, Chen Shaohuang(the middle one), who was the president of the Shanghai branch of Taiwan SME bank.

Kang Muxiang, the researcher of Taiwan Guan Yu Culture and the famous sculptor, considered that “the Guan Yu culture was the mutual cultural symbol on both sides , it was heart-warming and it should play a significant role in the cultural exchanges between the two sides.
