Cross-strait: Hubei Guangong Cultural Exchange Group has yielded fruitful achievements in Taiwan
News from World Guangong Culture Website: According to the China News Agency telegraphed from Wuhan on May 14 (reported by Ai Qiping): From May 7 to 13, Hubei Guangong Cultural Exchange Group came to Taiwan aimed to carry out in-depth cross-Strait exchanges on Guangong culture and yielded fruitful achievements.
During the period in Taiwan, the vice-president of Hubei Guangong Cultural Exchange Association and Guangong culture expert Zhu Zhengming and his party paid a visit to Taiwan Chinese Association for Promoting Guangong Culture to the World in Taipei, and had in-depth exchanges on the inheritance and development of Guangong culture on both sides with Huang Guozhang, president of the association. Both sides believed that what had been embalmed in the heart of the descendants of Chinese Nation was the spirit of Guangong, that is, “loyalty, benevolence, bravery and integrity”. Other consensuses were reached that the Guangong culture was a strong tie connecting both sides and a wide range of cooperation would be conducted in future.

On May 10th, Wang Jinping, the former head of the legislature in Taiwan, had an informal discussion with the relevant figures involved in Guangong cultural exchanges on both sides, and inscribed a phrase Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism are respected in the equal status for the second edition of academic monograph authored by Zhu Zhengming titled Traveling around the world to search for Guangong’s smriti. Zhu Zhengming presented Mr. Wang Jinping with a painting named a loyalty drawn by the young Chinese artist Kang Feng. Wang Jinping said with a smile, “How majestic-looking Guangong in this painting is!”
The honorary president of Law Exchange Association on both sides of Taiwan strait, Liao Zhenghao expressed his admiration to Zhu Zhengming who had carried forward the Guangong culture around five continents over 30 years, and he also inscribed the words “loyalty, bravery, benevolence, manner, intelligence and integrity” for the monograph titled Traveling around the world to search for Guangong’s Smriti.
The exchange group was having a pilgrimage in the Tian Temple, the forth from the right was Mr. Wu Chaohuang, the chairman of the temple.

Zhu Zhengming introduced that during this trip; we’ve visited the most representative temples in Taiwan and have exchanged views with local scholars and the authorities in this field. We hope to reach the goal of having a deep exchange and interconnect with Taiwan people about the Guangong Culture.
