World Guangong Culture Website News: on November 25, University of Macau International Guangong Cultural Forum was held at the hotel of University of Macau. A speech which was given by Mr. Liu Songwang, General Manager of Libya Xinba Construction Group and the Vice President of the African Chamber of Commerce in Hubei Province, was warmly applauded.

Liu Songwang was born in Wuhan Xinzhou on the north bank of the Yangtze River. He loved architecture art and liked to build bricks and stones into a magical castle since his childhood. After entering into the construction industry, he had been thought highly of by the peers, and eventually he became the general manager of the Libya Xinba Construction Group, entrusted with an important post he went to Libya for the construction of key projectsin Africa.

People were attracted at once! Liu Songwang went on to say,"I'm a witness to the evacuation of Libya and one of the last people to come back home. There was no noise, no excitement on the plane but only tears. A few minutes later, there was a sudden call of "long live the motherland"! At this time, all the compatriots shouted, "long live the motherland" over and over again. "

On 25th February, 2011, at the construction site in the outskirts of the Libyan capital, more than one tear gas was thrown and the employee was forced to withdraw to the camp. Not long after dinner, A number of armed terrorists came to camps, swaggering around, robbing vehicles and supplies and then went away.

Exposed to the oasis in the thousands of miles away from home, when facing danger, we can only rely on our motherland! "Early in the morning, the Chinese embassy took us back to the relatively safe buildings in the capital city and told us that the Chinese government is making arrangements for evacuation. When we arrived at the Algerian border crossing, the customs office was closed and the embassy contacted again to make a detour to Tunisia. There were both government forces and the rebels we ran into during the long journey, but the moment they saw the Chinese passports and people waving Chinese flags, they were let through in a timely manner. At that moment, I was taken by a strong sense of honor that I was born Chinese.

At 12 o'clock midnight, we finally arrived in Tunisia, where a large number of people from different countrieswere waiting for the withdrawal, and the chinese embassy in Tunisia had already been waiting there, and we were like seeing our own family members and the sense of security just mounted.

Liu Songwang said: The Libya evacuation was thousands of miles away from homeland and it was full of difficulties. The Chinese government had organized 91 Chinese civil aviation, 35 foreign air charter flights, 12 military aircrafts, 11 rented foreign boats, 5 Zhongyuan Zhonghai cargo ships, 12 days of time, and 35,860 peoplewere evacuated.It's a great effort to rescue a large number of overseas citizens! What a great feat!"
